After over two years rehabbing after hip replacement surgery, amidst mounting health complications, Marc is back at it, hitting the dance floors around Central Square. His return to dancing is an improbable testament to resilience and hard work.

The screening portion of the festivities will kick off at 1PM, followed by a Q&A, cash bar, and open-air dancing until 7PM. John Barera (Sorry Records, Dolly, 2MR) and Brian Abelson (Beats In Space, Lobster Theremin) will be deejaying, playing some choice cuts from the soundtrack they scored for the film and an upcoming album release.

On its final day, the film crowdfund campaign reached its $15k goal.

John Barera has been brought onto the film’s creative team as principal scoring artist.

Industry vets Mikey Letourneau and Rob Bessette have joined the post-production team, serving as audio engineer and colorist respectively.

Dancing at nightclubs and live music events around Boston can reasonably be expected to resume by August.

With this new at-home treatment, Marc can hope to significantly reduce the swelling in his left foot, which has set back his rehab from his hip replacement operation last fall.
